Who we are

My Portfolio (my-portfolio.life) is a private workspace used by our team to build and share client-specific portfolio presentations. The public part of this site consists of this page, our terms of use and the individual presentation links we send to clients.

What we collect

• Team accounts. Email address and password for staff who sign in to the workspace. There is no public registration.
• Presentation analytics. When a shared presentation link is opened we record the page view, an anonymous visitor identifier, approximate country, browser and device type, and whether a PDF was downloaded.
• Messages you send us. If you use a contact form or review form on a presentation, we store the name, email and message you submit so we can reply.

What we do not do

• We never ask visitors for passwords to other services, payment card details or identity documents.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking networks on this site.

Why we process it

Analytics are used only to understand whether a presentation we sent was opened and read. Contact details are used only to respond to the message you sent. Team account data is used only to authenticate staff.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections and access restricted to authorised team members. We keep analytics and messages for as long as the related presentation is active, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any information relating to you, or to deactivate a presentation link, by emailing levraifunguy@gmail.com. We respond to requests within a reasonable period.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
